Silicone Refill Bars

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for grills that don’t fit. All of our grills are universally sized by design, ie, one size fits all. Because of its inherent design we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for every individual.

Additionally, due to hygiene reasons we’re unable to accept returns once the package has been opened.

We’re sorry to hear the item didn’t meet your expectations. However, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. All product details, including photos and descriptions, are provided to help you make an informed purchase.

To use the silicone and/or dental beads, simply submerge them in hot water until they become soft and transparent. Once pliable, press them into the grill and gently hold to your teeth for 30 seconds for a custom fit.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier, and unfortunately, we don’t have control over any delays that may occur during transit. However, we're happy to help look into it for you.
