RETURN POLICY
At Felmore, we take pride in providing high-quality jewellery and accessories. Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we have a strict return policy in place to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer's remorse
- Items that do not fit due to universal sizing
- Incorrect selection of product or style
- Products that have been opened/used
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. All requests are reviewed case by case.
Missing or Delayed Orders
Once an order has left our warehouse, shipping is handled by the courier service. If your package is taking longer than expected, feel free to email us at hello@felmore.com and we’ll help investigate where possible.
Custom or Personalised Items
All custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
To start a return or exchange please contact us at hello@felmore.com with your order number.
Returns & Exchanges Disclaimers:
1. Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We will issue a return label (minimum fee $15) via email & the cost will be deducted from your refund.
2. Tracking numbers: If an order is being returned to us, you must provide us with a
tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we've
received the returned order.
3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the
returned order. Please note: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process
depending on your bank.
