HOW TO FIT YOUR GRILL
PLEASE NOTE THEY WILL NOT FIT YOUR TEETH STRAIGHT OUT OF THE PACKET.
They are designed to fit as many people as possible, so their 'starting form' is designed to be adjusted by firmly, but gently, bending certain areas.
It does take a little finessing so we've put together some instructions on how to make them fit as best as possible for your teeth.

THEY WILL NOT FIT STRAIGHT OUT OF THE PACKET
As you can see from the Side and Front view, everything is straight and narrow when you open the packet. No one's teeth will fit this as is.
To make adjustments, you need to bend 1 or 2 areas of the grill.

Bend the Back Support
The Back Support is the main area to bend backwards. By opening it up, you'll be able to increase the area for your teeth to sit in the middle.
Test the grill out on your teeth, then bend it back more if you need until the Grill sits in its ideal position.
Try not to bend the back support too much as you still want it to fit as snug as possible without using too much silicone later.
Take your time with this part.

If you have a 2 teeth Grill...
Our teeth don't sit straight in our mouth; it curves. So to make the Grill sit as flush as possible along your teeth, bend the Grill into a slight curve.
Again, test the grill out in your teeth before making further bending adjustments.
